Applesauce Rye Bread
1 cup water
3 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
1/3 cup apple sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoons aniseed or fennel seed
1 & 1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest
3/4 cup rye flour
2 & 2/3 cups bread flour
2 & 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
Preparation:
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers instructions.
