Cinnamon Raisin Bread
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
3/4 cup mashed banana
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup whole wheat or light rye flour
2 & 2/3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins
Preparation:
- Add all ingedients except the rasisins in the order suggested by the bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers instructions.
- Add the raisins at the beeper or at the end of the first kneading in machines without a beeper to signal the addition of fruit and nuts.
