Cinnamon Raisin Bread

3/4 cup water

3 tablespoons non-fat dry milk

3/4 cup mashed banana

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup whole wheat or light rye flour

2 & 2/3 cups bread flour

2 teaspoons dry yeast

3/4 cup raisins

Preparation: 
  1. Add all ingedients except the rasisins in the order suggested by the bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers instructions.
  2. Add the raisins at the beeper or at the end of the first kneading in machines without a beeper to signal the addition of fruit and nuts.
