Fennel
2 fennel bulbs
butter
light cream
parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Slice fennel bulb and fry in butter for about 5 minutes
add light cream (enough to cover it; a small container)
cook for another 5 minutes or so.
pour into low baking dish.
bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
